Accessibility Statement

This statement covers this brochure site (wplocalaccessibility, the pages you're reading now) — not the WordPress plugin, which is still in development and will generate its own statement live from a site's settings once it ships.

What we've done

• Semantic HTML landmarks and heading order throughout, with a skip-to-content link on every page.
• Visible keyboard focus outlines on every interactive element — links, buttons, and the FAQ disclosure widgets.
• Color choices checked against WCAG AA contrast for body text.
• All fonts and icons are self-hosted; nothing is fetched from a third-party CDN, font service, or analytics vendor.
• Animation respects prefers-reduced-motion, and the hero demo includes its own "pause motion" control.
• No cookies, no tracking scripts, no telemetry of any kind.

Known limitations

• The site hasn't yet been through a full manual screen-reader pass across every browser/AT combination — this is an early, actively-changing site.
• The hero toolbar demo is a scoped preview of the plugin's toolbar concept, not the shipped toolbar itself, and doesn't yet include every mode planned for the plugin.
